As we try to grapple with the extent of the widespread global Coronavirus, national guidance was issued on the 19th March 2020 for the Family and Civil Courts with messages from the LCJ and The President of the Family Division. This included a precedent draft consent order form for parties to use to apply for remote hearings pursuant to FPR 2010 r 4.1(e).
