A press release from the MOJ on the 7th January 2020 gives hope to all couples wishing to divorce that they may at some future date be able to do so do so less acrimoniously.

The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill was put forward again before Parliament on the 7th January 2020. It is hoped that the changes to the law proposed by this bill will ease the’ impact of unnecessary conflict on couples and children …’
