We are delighted to say that our litigation team, led by our Partner Simon Silver, have successfully represented the Defendants and the Counterclaimant in the matter of Ahuja Investments Ltd v Victorygame Ltd [2021] EWHC 2382 (Ch). The sum sought by the Claimant was said to be worth in excess of £8.776 million with a substantial counterclaim, the value of which will be determined by the Court shortly. The overall sum concerned a disputed circa £39 million between the parties.
