Litigation partner Simon Silver has successfully defended an unfair prejudice petition after a three week trial in the High Court. Following a three and a half year legal battle this successful case has ensured that our clients are able to continue running their successful company and around 200 people will be able to keep their jobs.

This is also the second time in 18 months Simon has successfully obtained indemnity costs following a trial.

Additionally this is also the second reported case Simon has dealt with in the last 12 months.
